Miss Bella gave lots of love to everyone. Sadly Bella passed away. She was a wonderful spirit at Brookhaven. We have lots of fond memories of her. She is truly missed.

Reagan GPN, our Medical Coordinator creates individual care plans and oversees direct care. She is responsible for coordinating each resident's medical needs with Physicians and other practitioners
It is no small task keeping track of everyone's care needs at our hustle-bustle Medical Desk.
Fran fixes anything that needs fixing....improves anything that needs improving....builds anything that needs building. In between, he entertains residents at the piano....performs card tricks and tells jokes....He visits with every resident swapping stories. He never fails to bring a smile to a face.
Fran was the Project Manager for Brookhaven's 17-bed addition.
Our mission is to provide our residents assistance with their activities of daily living and complete medical management while at the same time maintaining their dignity. We are able to do this with compassion and tender loving care in a home-like atmosphere.
Madaline Smith was the founder of Brookhaven. For years she worked tirelessly and set high standards for resident care. She was most known for her beautiful wallpapers and curtains. Sadly Madaline passed away April 11, 2009. Brookhaven continues to operate following the highest standards.
